General Rental Policy (Terms & Conditions)
1. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Once a reservation is confirmed with a deposit, it cannot be refunded, canceled, rescheduled, or modified.
2. Sticker Policy
- Removing or tampering with rental stickers is prohibited. A penalty of IDR 100,000 will apply if removed.
3. Liability & Responsibility
- Renters are fully responsible for their personal belongings left inside the vehicle. The rental company is not liable for any lost or forgotten items.
Self-Drive Rental Policy (Terms & Conditions)
Important notes for renters
- Rental rates are for self-drive only and exclude fuel costs.
- Renters must take a photo during handover, without a mask, standing next to the vehicle while holding the rental agreement.
- Please treat the rental car as your own—drive carefully and stay safe.
1. Vehicle Usage
- Our vehicles can only be used within the Bali area.
- The car can only be driven by the registered renter and must not be handed over to another person; This also applies for a sub-lease, for example: used as shuttle service.
2. Deposit & Guarantee
- Renters do not need to leave their KITAS or passport as identification, however, we need a deposit of USD $100 or IDR 1,500,000 is as a guarantee.
3. Insurance & Damage Policy
- All vehicles are covered by all-risk insurance.
- In a case-by-case basis which will be assessed on site; for minor damages (e.g., scratches), a repair fee of IDR 350,000 per panel applies.
- In case of major damages, repair costs will be determined based on severity, with additional charges for overnight workshop stays.
- Renters must record a video of the car during handover to prevent disputes at the end of the rental.
4. Rental Period & Overtime Charges
- Overtime charges: 10% of the daily rental rate per extra hour.
- During service, long idle times inside the car with the AC running are not permitted.
- For rental usage of 12 hours rent:
- If the overtime exceeds 5 hours, it will be considered a full-day rental.
- If booking starts after 12:00 PM (noon), the rental will end at 11:00 PM / 23.00 (evening) max. Any usage beyond this will incur overtime charges.
5. Payment Terms
- All outstanding payments must be settled during handover via cash or bank transfer.
6. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Services
- Free pick-up & drop-off is available at Ngurah Rai Airport.
- Delivery outside the airport incurs a fee between IDR 50,000 – IDR 100,000, depending on the distance.
7. Extended Rental & Full Insurance Option
- Rentals exceeding 2 weeks can opt for a full insurance package at an additional IDR 100,000 per day.
With-Driver(Chauffeur) Rental Policy (Terms & Conditions)
Important note for renters
- Vehicle, driver, and fuel are included.
Not Included in the with-Driver(Chauffeur) Rental:
- Driver’s meals.
- Toll fees, parking fees, and tourist attraction entrance fees.
1. Overtime Charges for with-Driver(Chauffeur) Service:
- 10% of the daily rate per extra hour.
- More than 5 hours of overtime will be counted as a full-day rental.
- Shuttle services are not available.
2. Extra Charges for Specific Areas:
- Maximum coverage area: Ubud city.
Destinations/route outside of the coverage area will incur extra charge as follows:
- IDR 75,000 → Tabanan Regency, Bedugul, Kintamani, Tampaksiring, Tegalalang, Penglipuran, Payangan.
- IDR 150,000 → Karangasem (Tulamben, Virgin Beach, Amed, Lempuyang).
- IDR 200,000 → Singaraja, Pupuan, Lovina.
- IDR 250,000 → Menjangan Island, Gilimanuk.
- For Toyota Innova rentals, an additional charge of IDR 50,000 applies per category above.
Domestic Customer
Syarat dan Ketentuan Cia Bali Rent Car
Harap membaca dan memahami seluruh syarat dan ketentuan ini sebelum melakukan pemesanan. Dengan melanjutkan pemesanan, Anda dianggap telah menyetujui seluruh ketentuan yang berlaku.
1. Persyaratan Dokumen dan Identitas
Untuk dapat menyewa mobil di Cia Bali Rent Car, pelanggan diwajibkan untuk:
- Mengirimkan foto E-KTP dan menunjukkan dokumen asli saat serah terima mobil.
- Mengirimkan foto SIM A yang masih berlaku.
- Mengirimkan foto tiket pesawat dan bukti pemesanan hotel.
- Nama pada E-KTP, SIM A, dan tiket pesawat harus sama untuk verifikasi.
- Memiliki akun media sosial aktif (Facebook/Instagram) sebagai tambahan identifikasi.
2. Ketentuan Pembayaran
- Uang muka (DP) minimal sebesar biaya sewa untuk 2 hari diperlukan untuk memastikan pemesanan mobil.
- Pelunasan pembayaran dilakukan di muka atau saat serah terima mobil.
- Minimal masa sewa adalah 2×24 jam.
3. Ketentuan Overtime (Kelebihan Waktu Sewa)
- Biaya overtime sebesar 10% dari tarif sewa harian per jam, akan dikenakan jika melebihi waktu sewa yang disepakati.
- Untuk penggunaan sewa selama 12 jam:
- Jika kelebihan waktu lebih dari 5 jam, akan dikenakan biaya sewa penuh untuk 1 hari (full day).
- Jika pemesanan dimulai setelah pukul 12:00 PM (siang), sewa akan berakhir maksimal pukul 11:00 PM / 23.00 (malam). Penggunaan di luar waktu tersebut akan dikenakan biaya kelebihan waktu sewa.
4. Larangan Selama Menggunakan Mobil
- Dilarang merokok di dalam mobil.
- Dilarang membawa atau mengonsumsi makanan yang beraroma kuat seperti durian di dalam mobil.
- Pelanggaran terhadap aturan ini akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp 300.000.
5. Kebijakan Pembatalan
- Pemesanan yang sudah dikonfirmasi tidak dapat dibatalkan, diubah jadwal, atau direvisi dengan alasan apa pun.
- Tidak ada pengembalian dana (non-refundable) untuk pemesanan yang telah diterima.
